Prices and making a booking

If we are unable to answer the phone, please leave a message on the answer machine with your contact details and we will get back to you.
On receipt of your booking request, we will check the availability of the villa and get back to you. If the villa is available we will hold the dates requested for a limited time awaiting your confirmation. If the villa is not available on the specific dates required, we will get back to you with information on when the villa is available.
To confirm a booking we require a £50 per week deposit and your exact
dates of arrival and departure, along with the number of people in your party.
Full payment is required 6 weeks before departure, along with a your refundable
security deposit of £200. House keys and gate pass will be sent to you 3 weeks before your departure date along with directions on how to find the house. We will also send you details of our management agents in
Prices shown are in UK pounds, US Dollar or EURO rates apply pro-rata at the exchange rate applicable at the time of booking.
Special discount rates are available; for example for longer short term stays, long term rentals or last minute bookings. Please contact us for our special deals.
The cost for heating the pool is an additional £80 per week.
